Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link. If you do not receive a tracking number, please check your spam folder or contact us at contact@mossi.fr 

Unclaimed packages: If a package is not picked up after three delivery attempts, any import or shipping costs related to returning the package to our warehouse will be deducted from any refund.

Import duties: All shipments are DAP (Delivery at Place), which means that all import duties must be paid by the recipient.
