Shipping Conditions
- Destinations:
We send worldwide.
- Shipping times:
We ship orders within 1-2 business days. For mainland France, orders are delivered within 4-5 working days from your order. International orders are delivered within 5-7 days. Shipping time may vary depending on the delivery location.
- Shipping cost:
The parcel is sent for € 10 for mainland France, € 20 for Europe and € 30 for the rest of the world.

You can choose your payment method during the online purchase process. We accept secure payments for local and international customers via credit cards, debit cards, PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, Amex, ChinaUnionPay, Jcb, Diners, CartesBancaires, Discover, Electron, Maestro, Alipay…
Returns and Refunds
Your 100% satisfaction is important to us.
We offer a 14 day return and exchange policy, starting from the day the item was delivered.
If a product is damaged or defective during delivery, we offer a 100% refund.
To be eligible for a return, the goods must be unworn, unwashed and undamaged. For returns, please send an email to contact@mossi.fr with the subject "Returns" and include your order number, name and reason for return.
The seller will provide the customer with the instructions for sending the returned goods. Customers are strongly recommended to obtain proof of postage when returning goods to avoid “lost package” situations. Please note that customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returned items. When returning, please enclose the labels of the returned products with the package.
Please send the merchandise in its original packaging, or pack it in such a way that it will not be damaged in transit.

When the returned item is received and inspected, the customer receives a confirmation email informing them of the refund status.
The orders
Just add as many items as you want to your cart while browsing our store. Once you want to proceed with payments - do so by going to the shopping cart at the top right or by clicking on "Add".
Follow the instructions providing us with the delivery information and select the payment method for the goods - we will ship your package within 1-2 business days.

International Taxes
International taxes may be applied depending on your country's tax policy.
Customs duties are calculated as a percentage of the customs value of the goods. This rate varies depending on the type of goods.
You can check the applicable tariff in the TARIC database for the EU and the import calculator for the US.
The customs value consists of:
-The price paid for the goods
-The cost of insurance,
-Transport costs
